Import 1 photo
2. Window > Action > New Folder
3. Hit new action icon and rename (800px)
4. Hit record
5. Image > Change image size
6. File > save as
7. Hit stop button
8. File > Automate > Batch...
9. Batch
-Set: Resize
-Action: Choose the action you save (800px)
-Source: Folder (Make a folder of the photos you want to resize)
-Make sure the boxes are checked
-Destination: Choose a folder where the resized photos will go
-File Naming: File Name_800
-Click Override Action...
