Regulatory Prevention of Covid-19 Infection Virus Spread

The spread of the Covid-19 Virus infection in Indonesia, and to maintain the continuity
of operations. Then these procedures can be carried out by every worker until the
government announces the cessation of emergency response to the spread of Covid-19
Virus. The procedure is as follows :
1. During Off Duty
- The workers who are off duty are not permitted to travel abroad or to areas where
there is a Covid-19 case
- Obey government regulations to stay home during off duty
- Maintain personal hygiene to always washing hands properly
- Spraying disinfectants regularly household furniture, especially those that are often
touched by hands
- protect yourself and check with a referral hospital for handling Covid-19 If you feel
symptoms of flu, cough, fever, body temperature above 38o C

2. While travel to / from work locations

- Fill out the questionnaire that has been provided a maximum of 3 days left before
departure from / to the work location
- Ensure the workers before traveling to read the latest information of the spread of
Covid-19
- Ensure the worker’s condition of the body in a fit before leaving from / to the work
location
- Wearing a mask when traveling to / from work
- Maintain personal hygiene and social distancing of at least 1 meter from the others
- Ensure workers know / remember what was they do and who was contacted directly
during the trip
- All workers who going to enter the work site will be subjected to a body
temperature check by the medical / HSE officer on duty
- The procedure for workers entering the work location available in the Appendix

 - Arrived at the location workers are required to clean themselves, change and
separate the clothes used during traveling with clean clothes

3. While living and working on site

- The Workers must maintain personal hygiene and clean the workplace
- Periodically spray disinfectants of furniture and equipment especially those that
come in contact with workers
- Conduct personal hygiene promotions, wash hands properly, symptoms infection
and the latest information regarding Covid-19
- Reduce and eliminate meetings that gather large crowds
- If there is a meeting that cannot be avoided, give a minimum distance of 1 meter
between workers
- Maintain body health and fitness and ensure workers get enough Vitamin C intake
- Temporarily closing the visit for guests who will visit the work area
- Develop daily work plan by categorizing workers according to the level of risk of
transmission such as; Age, history and other risk factors
- Provide an isolation room if there are workers suspected of being infected with
Covid-19 Virus
- Before starting work. The workers must be declared fit in advance by the medical
team in charge

L. Covid-19 Virus Infection Evacuation and Prevention Equipment

1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Hazmat, Safety Goggles, Gloves, N95 Masks, Surgical Masks
2. Support Equipment
Non-contact Infrared Thermalguns, Disinfectant sprayers, Isolation Chambers
