    FIRE NOC

    Fire NOC is a security certi cate issued by the respective state re department.
    They ensure that a building is resistant and does not observe any re-related
    accidents. The re service has established certain guidelines that the applicant
    must meet to receive the CNP for their residential or commercial building. Different
    countries have different directives.

    CNP FIRE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

    Multi-story buildings and tall buildings more than 15 meters high are required to
    receive NOC re from state re ghters. The process is shown below

    The applicant must present the safety certi cate to the re chief.

    Applicants are also encouraged to ensure that all re protection guidelines are
    directed to the CNP chief of re protection.

    If dif culties arise on this issue, the case should be reported to Dy. The re chief or
    re chief.

    re protection guidelines or other problems with the NOC, the Dy. The re chief or
    re chief may contact you.
    Documents required to obtain the Fire Noc in the building
    The following list of documents required by the owner of the premises:

    Construction plans by construction authorities in 2 sets.


    The plans of a building must contain all the information required by law 6.2.4.1
    Then the questionnaire must be completed.
    The complete model of the building.

    Checklist certi ed by the architect.

    NOC before construction The NOC according to rule 35 applies to 5 years for
    residential buildings. In the case of non-residential buildings, however, the validity is
    3 years. The NOC after construction or after the nal re is valid for 1 year and must
    be renewed every year.

    CONCLUSION

    Therefore, you should always obtain Fire NOC to prevent your property from being
    lost or damaged and to protect the lives of those who work or remain in the building.
    This NOC ensures that the building is reproof in the event of a tragedy. However,
    the owner also ensures that the building has the facilities for all re protection
    measures in collaboration with Fire NOC.
