Purpose

The purpose of an ethics policy blends both the mission and the principles that your
organization wants to uphold. The top describes, particularly in terms of the conduct your
company is considered acceptable and inacceptable.

Example: The mission of Ali is doing his business because he wants to go though the
international market.

2. Pride

Pride builds dignity and self-respect. if employees proud of where they work and what
they are doing, they are more act to act in an ethical and professional manner.

Example: The Apple’s worker is more likely to behave n what they are doing because
they proud for being an Apple’s employees.

3. Patience

Since ethics focus on long-term and short-term results, the high degree of patience is
compulsory to make sure that you are being able to wait for results without complaint or
anxiety. You will become more frustrated and will be more tempted to choose unethical
alternatives as a short-term solution to a problem

Example: The OnePlus company must wait for at least three years to see their company
growth and generate more profit.

4. Persistence

Persistence means continuing steadfastly and being committed. In the case of ethics, if
you are not committed to the principle stance you have taken, then your ethics are of no
value. Standing by your word is fundamental, and an ethical person will stay the course
because it’s the right thing to do.

Example: A CEO must stick to the decision of being made by them because they think
it’s the right decision for the company.

5. Perspective

Perspective means by as his or her broad view of an event or idea. it is advisable from
time to time to stop and reflect on where your business is headed, why you are headed
that way, and how you re going to get there. This allows you to recognize that change
happens when its least expected and to make the best decision’s both in the short term as
well as the long term.
Example: Before Apple’s introduce the new product, they must have a look and a broad
view of the events and ideas to make sure that they can find the right decision to
achieve their goals which is to generate more profits.
