Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications from eligible candidates across the globe for
faculty positions at the Department of Design, Manipal School of Architecture & Planning, Manipal a constituent unit of
MAHE, Manipal:

INTERIOR DESIGN:
Professor:
Eligibility: Qualification: Master's Degree and Ph.D. in Interior Design

Experience: Minimum of 12 years' of teaching/industry experience of which 4 years of teaching experience as Associate
Professor of which 2 years' experience post Ph.D.

Desirable: Minimum two publications in indexed journals.

INTERIOR DESIGN / FASHION DESIGN:

Associate Professor:
Eligibility: Qualification: Master Degree in Interior Design/Fashion Design or equivalent and Registration for Ph.D.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of teaching/industry experience for candidates joined with Master's degree in Interior
Design/Fashion Design.
Desirable: Registration for Ph.D. and minimum two publications in indexed journals.

Assistant Professor:

Base Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design/Fashion Design of 3/4 years duration or equivalent from a
recognised University/Institute.

Experience: One year teaching / industry experience is must for candidates who have acquired 3 years Bachelor’s Degree
course
OR
Master’s Degree in Fashion Design / Interior Design of 2 years duration or equivalent from a recognized
University/Institute
