    Shipping Documents

    The seller will present following documents:

     Commercial Invoice in 3 originals and 3 copies


     Certificate of Quantity and Quality issued by seller in 2 copies.
     Detailed Packing List in 2 copies
     Bill of Lading marked "Feight prepaid" made out to order of L/C opening bank and notify the
    buyer.
     Certificate of Insurance in 2 copies.
     Certificate of Origin form VJ in 2 copies.
     Documents must be presented within 15 days after the date of shipment.

    8. Effective date: the contract will come into force from September 6, 2018 (in condition: signed in Sep
    6, 2018)
