Safety First

Safety at the workplace is a crucial factor which has to be implemented correctly, in order to ensure the highest
level of productivity of a successful company. Chemical plants are especially dangerous, since their workers have
to deal not only with the heights but also the exposure to poisonous vapours and liquids. According to an article
published by the ¨Reliable Plant¨ magazine, there are few steps that can be followed.

Firstly and most importantly, a proper training has to be carried out and all of the safety procedures should be
respected by the entire personnel. This should be followed by access and instalment of all safety equipment
necessary.

On the other hand, most of the accidents happen due to a human error and can be difficult to monitor in a
massive and busy environment. That´s why it´s so important to have a strong team support, and a good work
ethic.

In conclusion safety should be in a strong interest to both employee and the employer, understanding and
cooperation is a key factor to a safe workplace.
