Cocktail Reception I authorize charging my credit card for the registration deposit and the remaining course
tuition in ONE single installment (US$8,000) six months prior to the selected course.
LOCATION:
Fahl Center I authorize charging my credit card for the registration deposit of US$ 2,000 at the moment of
R. Visconde do Rio Branco, 1335 - Suite 12 registration and the remaining course tuition in TWO separate and equal installments (US$3,000
80420-210 - Curitiba, Pr - Brazil + US$3,000) at five months prior to the course and then at three months prior to the course.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Mastering Anterior and Posterior Composites maximum attendence capacity is 20 seats. The course will occur with a minimum of 15 registrants.
In case the minimum number of participants required is not reached until 90 days prior to the set date,The Fahl Center shall inform the participant of
the cancellation/ postponement of the course by fax or email.
If the Fahl Center must cancel the course due to unforeseen emergency, it shall grant the participants the opportunity to take the course on a future date
to be defined. Otherwise, 90% of the tuition fee paid (registration fee excluded) up to the date of cancellation shall be refunded as per the same form
of payment by which it was performed.
Should any enrollee need/ decide to cancel their participation, the following will occur:
The money paid will be automatically taken as credit for participation on a future open date.
- Cancellation after the registration, 80% of the money paid up to that date will be refunded.
- Cancellation up to 4 months prior to course, 50% of the money paid up to that date will be refunded.
- Cancellation up to 3 months prior to course, 25% of the money paid up to that date will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 3 months of the course, there is NO REFUND of the money paid up to that date.
Fahl Center is not responsible for refunding, airfare fees, hotel reservations or private expenses with third parties, in case of cancellation by any of the
parties involved.
