In the above example, the Item PY 317000 for 2019 is carried forward to Item CY 316000 in
2020.

In the example above, the 2019 value for PYRE resides on the 915 variation transaction type
as part of a start-up scenario | test data. Normally, PYRE will only have values for opening
balance, for year=x, year=x+1, etc.
