This 3-day Leadership Camp aims to empower student-leaders to become effective citizens of the school, the community and the country. Furthermore, it intends to empower the student-leaders of the school through various leadership activities exposing them to several opportunities and experiences for total human development in the modern times. 3. In this cormection, the following participants arc required to join (per school): a. elementary level: newly elected SPG President and incoming SPG adviser (2 pax); and b. secondary level: outgoing SSG Presidents and the newly elected SSG President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Auditor, and incoming SSG adviser (7 pax) . 4. In cases wherein any of the participants cannot join the activity, the next higher student government officer may join the camp in lieu of the participant. 5. _ All participants (including the technical working group) must register online through this link: https://tinyurl.com/2020MLCampReg on or before February 27, 2020. 6. Teaching and non-teaching personnel are entitled for service credits/compensatory overtime credits (COC) in accordance with DepEd Order No. 52, 8.2003 - Updated Guidelines on the Grant of Vacation Service Credits for Teachers, and Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) per Civil Service Commission (CSC) and Department of Budgct Management (DBM) Circular No. 02, s.2004 on Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Service Rendered. Prior to the conduct of the activity, all participating students/ pupils are hereby advised to secure the following documentary requirements (to be collected upon on-site registration and admission) as enclosed herewith: a. Original waiver/parent’s consent forms; b. Original medical certificate; and c. Photocopy of insurance. 11.
