Fitness Challenge

TARGET:
Each participant is expected to reach the pledged weight:
ALLEN 79-81kgs
JANE 48-49kgs
until March 30, 2019

Rules:
1. All participants shall engaged to a regular exercise habit to achieve their
targeted weight goal.
2. No one is allowed to take any pills/tablets, juices or any substance that will
aide in the weight loss challenge.
3. Must submit a before and after measurements to check the changes in the body
4. In the event of a tie, participants will be judged based on their BMI. The
participant is expected to be in the range of "Healthy BMI"."
5. In the event of not being able to reach their targeted weights, participants
will be judged according to their visuals. Whoever looks healthier, is the winner.

Prize:
1. The participant who wasn't able to achieve the targeted goal shall pay up a
Manila Day Tour trip 2. starting from 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
3. It shall include breakfast, lunch and snacks / drinks.
4. It shall include entrance fees or any admin fees.
5. It shall include transportation and all.

In the event of a tie, Mountain Climbing to challenge oneself or celebrate success.

(DIY or Joiners tour) Dutch treat

In the event of not being able to reach their targeted weights, another challenge
is to be set to achieve a better weight.
