REQUIRES

Consultant (HR) on Contract Basis at its Mines at Hutti.

Eligibility Criteria:

a) The candidate should be a PG Degree in Social Work from Institute of repute and other
recognised Institutions/Universities, with specialisation in PM & IR/MBA with specialisation in
HR with minimum post qualification experience of 30 years out of which 10 years in a senior
level having worked in the field of Human Resource Development, Administration in a large
scale industry/defence sector etc.
b) The candidate should have worked in an organisation /Company having an annual turnover
of not less than Rs.300 Crores.
c) The candidate’s experience should inter alia cover all HR and Administrative activities like
manpower planning, recruitment training & development, performance appraisal, succession
plan, disciplinary matters, court cases, industrial relations, estate management, welfare
activities and liasoning with various authorities.
d) Age of the candidate shall not be more than 65 years as on the date of advertisement.
e) The contract period of appointment will be initially for a period of one year which may be
considered for extension based on performance and requirement thereafter.
f) Knowledge of Kannada is essential.
g) The monthly remuneration/fees and other facilities are negotiable and will be decided at the
time of interview depending on the experience of the candidate.
