 Create Fund Group – FM_SETS_FICTR1

Definition:-
This transaction can be used for creating Groups of
Fund which are related to each other and can be used
for reporting purpose.

Prerequisite:-
Funds must have already been created in the system.

Menu Path:-
Accounting -> Public Sector Management -> Funds
Management -> Master data -> Fund Group -> Create

Transaction Code: FM_SETS_FUND1

Double Click on FM_SETS_FUND1

Enter Fund Group – alphanumeric Key as shown

above and Click
Structure is displayed
Enter description of the Group

Click on the required Tabs

depending on whether you want to create sub nodes
for the group or link Funds to the Group

We are linking 2 Funds to this Group see the screen

below:

You can add several nodes and can link various Funds
to Group and thereby Hierarchy can be created.

Once the linking is over click on for saving your

data

Result: Fund Group is created successfully.
