“General Responsibility”

• The implementation of this lighting design must comply with the most stringent applicable federal and
local safety and fire codes. All light plots, drawings, and this equipment list represent design intent and
visual concepts only. The lighting designer is unqualified to determine the structural appropriateness of
this design and will not assume responsibility for improper engineering, construction, handling, or use of
the lighting equipment that implements this design.
• Any revisions or substitutions must be disclosed at the time of the bid.
• Entire package is to be made ready by supplier and is to include all connectors, cables, controls, frames,
etc. so as to comprise a complete working system.

“General Notes”
• All units are to be supplied with appropriate lamp, gel frame, hanging hardware, and safety cable.
• All ellipsoidals are to be aligned.
• All TV Style equipment adapted to mount to theatrical pipe systems.
• All units, gel frames, mounting hardware, and safety cables should be painted flat black, front and back,
except where noted.
• All hardware and pipe to be painted flat black, except where noted.
• All hardware, perishables, cable lengths, and power distribution requirements as per Production
Electrician.
• All electronics are to have the latest software unless otherwise specified.
• Use multi-cable and break-outs wherever possible.
• Spare lamps for all units.
• All conventional units to have 2p&g stage pin plug.
• Please have all software and firmware updated to latest stable release.
