CERTIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION OF ENTRY VISA TO

AUSTRALIA

The above matter is kindly referred.

This is to certify that Mr. Mohamad Nazrin Yahaya, holding NRIC :791114-08-5131 is an
employee of Public Work Department State of Perlis, a Malaysian Government employee since
18th August 2003. He is currently work as a Mechanical Engineer on a permanent and
pensionable employment basis.

He intends to visit New Zealand between 7st December until 15th December 2020 for leisure with
his family. As far as I concern, his upcoming flight from Malaysia to Australia is solely a
transit/transfer before entering New Zealand. The tour itinerary doesn’t include Australia as part
of our schedule. Thus, we would highly appreciate if she could be provided with the necessary
assistance during this time. He will be reporting back to Public Work Department State of Perlis
following his proposed work leave to resume official duties here.

Application for Tourist Visa.

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am writing this letter to apply for a Tourist Visa to Australia for a travelling purpose.

I am a Malaysian Citizen will be visiting New Zealand between 7 st December until 15th
December 2020 for leisure with my family. I intend to take a transit from Malaysia to Australia
before heading to New Zealand.

For your information, I am working as a Mechanical Engineer in Malaysia. I will come back to
resume my duties at Public Work Department State of Perlis, Malaysia, after my leave is over.

I hope you will consider my application favourably. I look forward to hearing from you.
Together with this application letter, I attached the certification of employment of my workplace
to prove that I am only going to New Zealand and Australia for travelling before going back to
Malaysia.
