Draw the family pet

 If you have a favourite pet i.e. dog, cat, fish, turtle etc. Choose 1 for your subject.
 If you have no pets, research from books or internet what your favourite pet would be.
 Print or copy the visual attributes sheet that is attached and fill in the blanks.
 Create a warm up drawing by using basic shapes to construct your pets’ form.
 Use coloured or lead pencil to create a final artwork/portrait of your pet. Start off with light pencil and basic
shapes then slowly add more detail.
 Tips – photograph you pet first if you can or draw them sleeping.
