CALCULATION OF CRANE LEADING DInENSTONS Th leaging disensions of the 4-400 series of electric overhead travelling cranes are given on the data sheets included {in this sanval. Hovever certain dinensions aust be established by calculation as follovs. Tt vill be useful to have a copy of blank 6A ster to hand to interpret the Calculation of disensions 'P’ or "h! (Height of Litt or gantry rail height). The data sheets give values of dizension 'D’ and dinension ‘V" Dimension "0" already contains the Morris stancerd clearance of 75a. Oisension 'C' is celeulated by adding 7Saa to Ginension 'V' if the custoner has not given the actual value of disension 'c’ available. If the customer has given an actual value of dimension 'C’ then dixension is. & subtracted froa the given value to establish the actual clearance betveen the too of ‘the crane and the underside of the lovest obstructien.
