understand from this video? (Individually)?

I understand the importance of explaining the "Why" I am doing what I

am doing, and how that "Why" is the most essential thing people look.
The 'Why' should be my purpose and not the result, it should be my
cause, my belief. It is necessary for me to share my belief with others so
people whose belief align with mine can support me! It is important for
me to hire those that are inspired by me, and to inspire others it is
crucial for me to share my belief with my friends or employees whom I
want to inspire.

Q-2 With reference to the video given, what do you think, why
many leaders failed & some succeeded out of order (not more
than 50 words)

Successfull leaders talk about ideas they believe in, so people who
believe the same as they do follow them. Those who inspire with us
their ideas succeed those who don't fail.

Q- 3 What do you think that different start-ups and other

organization why they fail or succeed.
Because they aren't driven by a cause and are only looking to sell what
they have. People don't buy "what" you do but instead "why" you do
what you do! When you talk about what you believe you attract those
who believe the same as you.
