 Introduction

This SOP is meant to prevent spreading of COVID-19. All

supervisors and staff are expected to follow the directions
henceforth mentioned to prevent the spreading of
 Precautions while
using a mask

1) Before putting on the mask, clean hand with alcohol

based hand rub or soap and water
2) Cover mouth and nose with mask and make sure there
are no gaps between face and the mask.
3) Avoid touching the mask while using it.
4) Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is
damp. Do not re-use single use mask.
5) To remove the mask: remove it from behind and DO
NOT touch the front of the mask.
6) Discard the mask in a closed bin and clean hand with
alcohol rub or soap and water.

Note: Masks are effective only when used in combination

with frequent hand-cleaning with alcohol-based hand rub or
soap and water.
