* Location can be selected by the certification body (min. 8 – max. 20 participants per group. One group
per day). The certification body has to select a date in the week offered for the examination. Or the exam
can be done from any location by an individual participant (max. 50 individual participants per day).

Each GMP+ exam on location (GMP+ physical surveillance) starts at 09:00am and finishes at the
latest 16:00pm local time.

It is advised to be there 30 min before the start of the exam.

Conditions for the translation of exams

GMP+ International will implement the following conditions for translation fees regarding exams.
GMP+ International will make the following distinction:

• In principle, the exams will be taken in 3 languages: Dutch, German or English. In all situations
there are no translation fees applicable for these languages.
• The certification body may request the exams in the additional languages, French, Spanish and
Polish as from June 2020. The exams of these additional languages are free of charge.
However, if a GMP+ auditor chooses to answer the exams questions in one of these languages
GMP+ International will pass the translation fees of the answers to the involved certification
body (Dutch, German and English excluded).

GMP+ International BV shall not be responsible for incorrect translation of the exams into any
language other than Dutch, German and English.
