Week 1-6 Tasks:

Prepare a file including the following details.

• Make a Group of 4 students.

• Use Cover Page stating your Group Number, Group Member Names, and Registration Numbers.
• Finalize three ideas based on lectures of Week 1 and attach in the file, it should not more than 2
pages. Prove One Idea being the Opportunity.
• Make a proper Concept Statement (as studied and practiced in Week 2) and attach in the file.
Graded in Quiz 1.
• Make a proper Business Model (as studied and practiced in Week 3) and attach in the file. Graded in
Quiz 2.
• Conduct a feasibility study of your project by using following method and prepare a summarized
report of not less than 1000 words.
o Product/Service desirability and demand through Primary Research- by filling at least 30
survey forms with no less than 10 sensible questions regarding your product from target
market.
o Industry/Market Feasibility by doing Secondary Research – By using internet, books, reports,
etc.
o Organizational Feasibility – Resource Prowess and Management Prowess regarding your
project requirement, availabilities, intellectual rights, managerial & technical skill sets
o Financial Feasibility – Make a brief cost analysis based on factors of production and present-
start up cost, operational cost and future projected cost.
• Make a proper Industry Market Analysis (as studied and practiced in Week 4) and attach in the file.
• Prepare a detailed Business Plan (which you will study and learn in week 5)
• Two minute elevator pitch in group to be given in class in Week 6, to be graded in Quiz 3.

Assignment 1 (Marks 5)
Business Plan would originate from tasks already covered in Week 1-5 and should be submitted with file.
