SRI RAJA RAJESHWARA TEMPLE ROOM BOOKING-ADMIN

Procedure for the Admin Login:

♦ Login with User Name and password as depicted below figure 1.

♦ Select “Room Master Updation link”. As depicted below figure 2.

♦ All the Rooms Available to the temple will be shown, if the admin wants to add the new Room, select
the Add Room Button as depicted below figure 3.

♦ After click on “Add Room” button, all Details are displays. Like shown in the below screen.
Enter the Room Location, Room Type, Name of the Chowltry, Room Description, Number of Persons
allowed, Number of Rooms, and Check in Time, Chowltry Blocked Dates, Amount and click submit
button as depicted below figure 4.

Note: The Admin will also update the Room available dates and amount showed in figure 4.

♦ After click on “Submit” button, a Message displays Like Record submitted Succesfully.as depicted
below Figure 5.

Note: - After click on “Submit” button, all details are updated.

♦ Admin can also edit the existing Rooms .for editing click Edit Details as depicted figure 6.

♦ After click on “Edit details” button, all Details are displayed. Edit details which are required and
click submit as depicted figure 7.

Note: - The Admin can modify the all details of the existing Room details, date and Amount also.

♦ After click on “Update” button, confirmation pop is generated as depicted below figure 8.

♦ Admin click on “OK” button all modified details are updated for that selected Room as
depicted below figure 9.

♦ Initially displayed the All Room in admin login without check mark as depicted below
figure 10.

♦ If The Admin is select the Inactive button check mark, selected Room is not available in
the Room master as depicted below figure 11.
