I met with you in person at the Career Fair here at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, and
I wanted to follow up with you about possibly achieving a position at the company in the IT
Department. I feel like my persistence and dedication to my work would make me a great fit for
the position, and a good addition to the team. My education here at Thaddeus Stevens along with
my own experiences in IT make me a great candidate for the job.
I have been attending Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology for the last 2 years, and have
been taught a diverse array of topics, from IT network management, to database management
and design, as well as C# coding and web design. Not only do I have the experience from my
college course, but I also have 4 years of experience with multimedia programs such as
Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Sony Vegas, and have worked as a Tech Sales Associate at Staples
in Lancaster over the summer in 2019.
I have used CISCO and Dell switches and routers and have used packet tracers and analyzers to
solve network issues. PC hardware and design is something I am passionate about, and I have
extensive knowledge in it, as well as help desk and IT support experience. Other experiences
include Linux and Windows server environment maintenance, and even business management
structure and strategies.
I look forward to meeting with you about the available positions at the company. I feel that my
hard work and vision will help Johnson Controls thrive and grow with me. If you have any
