carrying out complex corporate finance projects. Internships are possible throughout the
year and at all of our locations.

Your area of responsibility:

During your internship, you will be working in direct contact with professionals to generate and carry out complex
corporate finance projects. In particular, you will be supporting the team with the following tasks:

• Supporting during the creation of presentations (pitches, teasers and investment memoranda)
• Independent research tasks involving markets, potential investors and acquisition targets
• Production of sector, business and capital market analyses as well as business profiles
• Supporting financial analyses and company valuations
• Supporting due diligence activities
• Collaboration in the production of studies
• Participation in meetings and discussions, potentially with clients

Your profile:

• Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or another related discipline. Preferably a

minimum of three completed semesters
• Above-average academic performance
• Familiarity with the concepts of financial reporting and accounting
• Knowledge in the area of company valuation (Corporate Finance / M&A)
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills
• Fluency, spoken and written, in a local language (German, Swedish or Danish) and English
• Confident use of MS Office
• Previous relevant practical experience is an advantage
• Availability should be at least 12 weeks
