Executive Summary
In this project we promoted the company “EIJ CONSULTING” through the medium of
Digital Marketing. EIJ CONSULTING is a HR IT COMPANY, There target is dependably
been to empower their buyers to live the Developer life in Japan. Their vision is to be India’s
leading and most appreciated HR IT COMPANY.

During the project we used some of the tools of Digital Marketing Like SEO (search engine
optimisation) & SMO( social media optimisation). During our promotion we have just used
DGITAL way of promotions. As every promotion-s were done free of cost to increase the
traffic on our website.

Here, we started from Social Bookmarking like we registered our website on different
websites as it was the part of SEO through this we can increase ranking of our website in
google search options like if someone search for a HR IT COMPANY So, they should show
our company on the first page of google search.

There we have also done Business listing for EIJ CONSULTING Company. So, that by
searching about HR IT COMPANY google can show a box about a company on a first go.

We have also used Google analytical tool to see that how much traffic is coming on our daily
basis & from where that traffic is coming through this tool we can also see the age group of
the people. So, that we can know that we have targeted the right people or not. This tool also
help us to know the region of the people that from which region are they coming when they
visit our website.

By promoting EIJ CONSULTING we have also generated some lead for the organisation as
we have uploaded their projects on classified websites that what are their projects & what are
the jobs they are dealing with. Like I have put an advertisement consisting about pros and
cons about staying in japan so that people will be able to see some transparency and will feel
familiar with the company. so, from there it got approx. 300 views and we got response from
approx 200 people from this website like this we have uploaded it on many other classified
website and from there also we got some response.

Here, we have also written some of the content for blogging and some for our website. We
have uploaded various blogs on different websites & in our blog only we added some links of
our classified websites and some of our company website. So, that from there also we can
generate some traffic on our website and from there also we have generated some of the leads
for our organisation.

We have also uploaded some of the info graphics on many websites and we shared it on
social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram etc. to our targeted people like we shared
images on Facebook in some of the HR IT COMPANY groups . So, that the people can know
about our organisation . That in what projects we are dealing with and if someone is
interested can contact us from there.

Research Methodology

ANALYSIS :
The very first step for me was to understand the data base of the company that was made by
the employees of the company through calling done on the random numbers collected by the
help of the data available on the internet.

Out of which 30% of the data was irrelevant as all the information present on the internet
was not 100% genuine.

IDENTIFICATION OF THE GAPS :


The competitor website had a more interactive content that explained well their
jobs and services.
It provided much better view to the candidates and showed more options for the
jobs than our site did.
They had a proper communication centre for the candidates if they had any kind
of query.
They had more than 3 options to offer the candidate to choose from.
