…CLOSE- UP TO HOPE’S DIAGNOSIS AND HOPE’S FACE IS DEPRESSED AND
STRESSED
HOPE WALKS OUT TO THE DOOR WALKING FORWARD TO THE CAMERA AND
STUDENT 1 AND 2 IS WATCHING HER, LAUGHING.

INT. C.R.- DAY


HOPE
Hope holds her medicine and stares at it.
(sarcastically)
I will be dead soon. You better miss me.
Hope takes the medicine.

INT. LIBRARY- DAY


HOPE
Hope opens her laptop and logs in to her Fund Me account.
(disappointedly)
Hay! What’s new?
Hope stares at her account with no one donating even a single
cent.
Hope shuts down her laptop and takes a nap.

INT. CORRIDOR- DAY


Hope is walking and her phone rings as someone texted her. She
realized someone donated 100, 000 pesos.
HOPE
(unsure and surprised)
Wait… What? No way! For real?
She opens her laptop and the donation was confirmed. Hope calls
her donator.
HOPE
(euphemistically)
Hello! Good afternoon, ma’am! I am Hope Santos. You donated 50,
000 for my funeral, right? Thank you very much!

DONATOR
Hmmm… Welcome?

HOPE
But ma’am, I’m just curious. Why did you donate 50, 000 for my
funeral?

DONATOR
I don’t know. I just want to.

HOPE
By the way ma’am, can we meet this week? I would like to treat
you as a sign of gratitude. Coffee, tea anything.

DONATOR
I would like to. But I think it’s not anytime soon. I’m busy here
in my clinic.

HOPE

of becoming a doctor before. Then, life had its twists and turns,

HOPE WALKS OUT OF THE CLASSROOM AND PROCEEDS TO HER LOCKER TO GET
HER THINGS.
AS SHE REMOVES HER THINGS FROM HER LOCKER, A PLASTIC ENVELOPE OF
HER MEMORIES FALLS OUT AND SHE OPENS IT.
HOPE NOSTALIGICALLY REMINISCE HER MEMORIES AS SHE REMEMBERED HER
GOOD TIMES WITH HER FRIENDS AND HER DREAM TO BECOME A DOCTOR.
HER PHONE RINGS. THE DONATOR IS CALLING HER.
HOPE
(wiping of her tears)
Yes, ma’am! What’s up!
DONATOR
I’m free tomorrow, would you like to meet?
HOPE
Of course, ma’am. No problem.
DONATOR

EXT. DAY- SCHOOL
HOPE IS TALKING TO MARS THROUGH THE PHONE.

Checks her watch.

Hope suddenly feels Goosebumps. A strong wind is blowing behind
her. She can’t move.
The donator is walking behind her. She sees Hope and approaches
her.

HOPE
Hope is stunned and can’t believe what she sees.
DONATOR

HOPE OPENS HER LAPTOP OPTIMISTIACLLY AND LOGS IN TO HER ACCOUNT.


SHE SEES HER ACCOUNT WITH NO DONATIONS.
SHE IS QUITE DISSAPOINTED YET RECOVERED IMMEDIETLY WITH A SMILE.
SHE TYPES AND ALTERS HER ACCOUNT THAT WAS ONCE FOR HER FUNERAL
AND NOW FOR HER MEDICATION AND HEALTH CARE.
