The Board of County Commissioners asks that all cell phones are turned off or placed on silent (vibrate) mode.
Call to Order
1. To comply with CDC and Government social distancing requirements, the general public
will not be allowed in the commission meeting room for this meeting; therefore, this
Board of County Commissioners special meeting will be conducted via conference call. To
listen to the meeting or comment during the "Public Comments" section of the agenda,
call 1-888-585-9008 and when prompted enter 364022831#. At the conclusion of the
special meeting a link to the meeting's audio file will be posted on the county's website.

Any person who wished to appeal a decision by the Franklin County Board of County
Commissioners with respect to any matter considered at the meeting must have a record
of the proceedings. He or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
