The above named accused petitioner begs to submit as

follows:

1. That the accused petitioner is quite innocent, he has

been falsely implicated in this case out of enmity, tricks
and grudge.
2. That the accused petitioner has no committed any
offence as alleged.
3. That the accused petitioner is only earning member
of his family. He is a victim of circumantances.
4. That police arrested the accused petitioner on
13.5.2004 .
5. That the accused petitioner is a patient of diabetics.
7. That the accused petitioner will not abscond, if the
learned court may consider him bail. He will furnish
sufficient surety.
