SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 152-12

DESIGNATING AN OFFICER-IN-CHARGE FOR THE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

OFFICE

WHEREAS, the decentralization program of the Judiciary is being

reviewed and improved for its continued implementation;  DAaIHT

WHEREAS, the Judicial Reform Program Administrator of Program

Management Office (PMO), has been designated on full time basis, as
Principal Evaluator to conduct a needs assessment in the lower courts of
Judicial Region 7 to guide the decentralization of administrative and
financial management functions to the Regional Court Administration
Office;
WHEREAS, the designation of an officer-in-charge of the PMO is
crucial to the efficient and effective implementation of the judicial reform
program;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, Mr. EDILBERTO A. DAVIS,
Deputy Judicial Reform Program Administrator, is hereby designated as
Officer in Charge of the Program Management Office.
This Order is effective immediately and shall remain until revoked.
