generates changes in the development of
their work and skills.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Strengthen the aspects to be improved by


each collaborator, bring the workers closer
to the formation of shortcomings identified
through training and teaching by qualified
personnel,so that the employee becomes
more competent in the telecommunications
market. Beyond what was expected.
PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT
OF CHARGES
First of all, a new area will be established in the
company, the training area, since at the moment there
is not specialized instructor on the subject who can
clarify and correct those errors that are being committed
on the ground in the telecommunications network.
The motivation and involvement of employees in the
objectives of the company is essential, it seems to me
that bonuses and benefits must be improved, taking
advantage of the talent of employees and retaining
them seems impossible if you do not feel valued and do
not think about other aspects of his life.
Reduce presure and workload since an employee
after eight hours does not work the same and also
not everyone is physically well and satisfied to do
overtime.
Get more implements to do the job since there are
times when you do not have the right tools to do the
job.
Improve COPASST and employee participation in it.
Constantly look for promotions and internal calls
and do not look for so many external personnel
that many times they do not know their job well
and have to give them feedback.
Be extremely dedicated and focused on the work
as it requires this and the consequences for lack of
this can generate high losses for both the
company and the employee.
Have established schedules for leisure activities
and food regardless of the load of activities
required by the work.
