BA/B.Se 2" Annual 2019 Supplementary Students are directed to visit the online admission form link i.e, www.supply.su.edu,pk and download admission form by entering his/her previous Roll Number or CNIC or registration number. 2. In online admission form, the candidates can only change/update Examination Center, Mobile Number and Address as per their choice. 3, Fee challan will be available if candidate completes his/her profile over online admission portal. The fee must be deposited in any branch of Habib Bank Limited in account No. 0042791796403 on computer generated bank challan, Demand Draft, Banker's Cheque and hand written bank challan etc. will not be acceptable. 4, After successful submission of online admission form, it is compulsory to print and submit signed hard copy of admission form along with original challan to the BA/B.Sc Examination Branch, Office of the Controller Examinations, University of Sargodha within due dates. 5, Roll no slips will only be uploaded on University website. Hard copy of roll no slips will not be dispatched. 6, No manual admission form is acceptable in any circumstances. 7.
