Technology has all but disappeared in the

new city state known as Snowbellica after a harsh decree initiated by supreme leader Stuartus
Littalus. Cybernetic implants before the decree became genetic abnormalities that allow
seemingly normal citizens to control rare energy forces found deep in the earth’s mantle. You
are a group of orphans, outlawed by his rule, given false parents and new names. Today,
Citizens weep as his funeral procession goes by, soon after his body will burn aboard the Wasp,
a ship that will carry him to his final resting place. His son, the new ruler, called Reginald Littalus
is crueler than Stuart ever was and our society fears for what is to come.
