OBJECTIVE
The main objective of e-Licensing system is to provide e-generated license as per criteria outlined in
Act/Rule/Control Order amended from time to time for three major agri-inputs viz Seeds, Fertilizer and
Insecticides in a single window based online service portal ensuring hassle free delivery of G2B services. The
Inspection authority in all the cases will be equipped with a mobile app with geo-tagging capability to submit
their inspection report from the ield.The work low for approval of license is to issue on-line License for
ensuring the adherence to Right to Services timeline of 45 days. The work low is as follows. The System has
been integrated with Odisha Treasury for online payment (e-chalan) of licence fee through payment
gateway/ net banking / debit/ credit cards etc.
