1 Tell me about yourself?

Ex : well, i grew up in bandung and i studied about logistic, i also work for logistic firm about 1
year and i really enjoy it. in my spare time i really like to reading and playing football .

2 What are your strength?

Ex : my strongest trait is attention to detail. I have a planning, execution and i always organized
everything to do . so i belive thats my strength

3 What are weaknesses ?

Ex : i think my weaknesses is that i’m just want everything to be perfect, but then relize that i’m
losing out on time, so maybe that make my projects late. So i think that is my weaknesses

4 Where do you see yourself in 5 years ?

Ex : well, five years from now, i think i would like to be in team leader position, for that i will do
my best

5 What do you know about our company ?

Ex : oh well, this company is very known by logistician people, because this company has the
best logistics techniques.

6 How well do you handle change?

Ex : of couse i can handle a change, because in my preveous company, I always face strategy
changes, so I'm very flexible and hardworking.

7 Do you work well underpressure?

Ex : well, working underpressure or without pressure, works just the same for me. So i think i can
handle it

8 How do you make important decisions ?

Ex : well handling decisions is definitely considered to be a little difficult, but i am sure i can do it,
because my experience.

Ex : because I like this job and company. and this work is in accordance with my expertise, it
really helped my career path

2 What experience have you had in this type of work?

Ex : i work for logistic firm about 1 year , so I have experience in working as a logistician, solving
logistical problems and making the best decisions

3 Why did you leave your last job ?

Ex : because I need a new work atmosphere in new logistic company.

Well, i mentioned you earlier that i belive my key strength are in logistic skills to resolved about
logistic problems
