Letter of complaint
Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all, I had booked a table for two persons for 7 pm, but we had to wait almost
one hour before we were seated. Such a delay seems to me a mark of disrespect.
Secondly, in spite of the fact that I had repeatedly said that we wanted gluten free
bread, the waiter procedeed to bring us regular bread, which caused health issues to my friend
who is gluten intolerant.
To make things worse, the chocolate pudding we were served for dessert was quite
stale, although the menu claimed that all the desserts were freshly prepared that day. I might
suggest that, as the manager, you sholud oversee the preparation of food personally.
To conclude, I can say that it was an unpleasant experience to dine in your restaurant.
However, as the manager, it would be wise to guard against such appalling treatment of your
customers in future.
