Letter of invitation

Dear Mary,

I am writing to invite you to my house-warming party on April 15th. I’d love it if you
could come.

My new house is wonderful: it has three bedrooms and a small garden. The kitchen is
spacious and very cosy. The living room is quite big and I have a huge bookcase. The
bedrooms are rather small, but I like that they are bright.

In case you don’t know the way, I’ll give you some directions: take the A11 road to
Lewes, drive through the town until you get to the post office , then turn left on into Potter’s
Lane. My house is number 13, on the right-hand side.

I hope you will be able to make it to my party. Looking forward to seeing you then.
