OFFER LETTER

Dear Sankalp,

We are pleased to offer you the position of Associate at GfK Mode Pvt. Ltd. at our Gurugram office. Your annual TCTC will be
INR 3,30,000. Further detailed breakup along with the annexure will be shared in the subsequent email.

You are requested to join by 13 January 2020 or earlier, failing which this offer shall stand withdrawn.

As a part of the joining formalities, please note that you would be required to submit to us the following documents.
• Copy of Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate / PAN Card.
• Certificates of Highest Qualification: Graduation / PG / Diploma / MBA.
• 3 passport sized photographs.
• Relieving letter from your last company and last salary slip.
• Reference Details from your ex-employers / professional.
• Salary Certificate / copy of Form 16 from the previous employer

Please note, the non-receipt of these documents would lead to grossing-up of the Income for the current financial year &
accordingly the tax would be deducted.

The issuance of the Letter of Appointment will be contingent upon successful completion of a satisfactory background verification
process. In case you are not able to justify the discrepancies (if any) arising out of the verification process this offer of
employment will be considered as void.

You will be reporting to Team Leader.
