    Covid-19 - Corona Virus Communication

    As we are all now aware, COVID-19 virus is affecting many countries.

    In the coming weeks, we may be in the difficult position where we will need to work more &
    more from home* (We have put in place a process to authorize on case by case to work
    from home, so please, contact your bundle Manager or your PO/PM).

    Due to these exceptional conditions (covid-19 period ONLY), we have specific guidelines
    and rules in case of you need to work from home.

    You must apply the following rules if, in the frame of your product/project, you have the
    need to access to our HR Information Systems (HRIS) and therefore process Personal Data
    relating to current and past employees (including Secondees, sub-contractors or
    candidates) :

    Personal Data shall be processed confidentially in compliance with the Airbus Data
    01 Protection, Security Policy and applicable Laws, Regulations and can only be accessed by
    authorised person within Airbus for technical, business and management reasons

    02 Use an Airbus PC with VPN: do not access without VPN to Airbus HR Information Systems

    No access from public network is allowed (Airport, Hotel, Starbucks Café.. ) when accessing
    03 to HR Information System (Workday, Cornerstone, SAP)

    Follow the rules that are define by the company regarding the virus (please pay attention to
    04 the following communication: link)

    05 Do not copy any data on any external device

    06 Insure the confidentiality of the data in respect of the need to know principle

    In case of issue with data, like data breach, please inform the HR Security Officer and Data
    07 Protection Team
    Exceptional authorization for home office during COVID19
    For Workday:
    Proxy Access from Home allowed only during COVID -19 period
    EIB, catch up user authorized from home during the covid-19
    Control put in place: Monitoring will be perform to insure that the security rules are applied.
