The green Anaconda is a snake that is found

in the jungles of South America. It has the most
amazing traits of any snake on our planet! These
are some unique facts I learned.

This snake is the heaviest , longest and

strongest of any known snake. Try to imagine a
300 hundred pound, 16 feet long, and 8-12 inches
wide. Isn’t it shocking?

Anaconda’s don’t bite, they have no venom!

They are a “constrictor’ “ type. They use muscles
to coil around, around, around prey, cutting off its
air ways - then crushing it’s bones. Omg!

Anacondas eat deer, pigs, rodents, birds,

capybara , even crocodiles. One big meal can keep

them full for sometimes up to 3 months. It takes

them that long to digest! Holy Moly!

How do snakes eat something so big? A special

jaw that can open up to swallow any animal, even

bigger than them. Eww!

The green Anaconda, so unique! The amazing

facts prove it’s no ordinary snake!
