    Flash season 3 first look : Tom Felton new addition to the Flash cast

    Shoulder: ‘The Flash’ Casts ‘Harry Potter’ Star 'Tom Felton' as Series Regular.

    Popular CW superhero drama 'The Flash', left fans ecstatic after it was recently announced that
    Tom Felton had been casted as a series regular. The english actor best known for playing the
    character of 'Draco Malfoy' on all of the eight 'Harry Potter' films, received a myriad of
    messages, tweets and shout outs in support and joy from the fans around the globe. He took out
    to Instagram to thank them for the immense support by posting a picture with the following
    message, "Aloha from a post office queue. Thank you for all your kind words today. See you in a
    flash. The Flash @cwtheflash".

    As first reported by TVLine.com, the former 'Harry Potter' star will be starring as 'Julian Dorn' - a
    fellow CSI at the Central City Police Department, co-worker of Barry who is fixed on the belief
    that there's more to Barry Allen than his good guy persona. The inclusion of Felton’s character
    on the show is credit to the show’s ‘Flashpoint’ storyline - which sees Barry travel back in time
    to prevent the murder of his mother, Nora Allen. Although Felton’s character wasn’t seen in the
    new teaser footage at the show’s Comic-Con panel, according to Entertainment Tonight the
    actor did leave a slight innuendo about his character. He was quoted as saying, "Any character I
    play you should see as a threat," before admitting, "I honestly don't know.”

    Although there's no other information on the character for now, there's been much speculation
    that the 'Julian Dorn' could actually be Cobalt Blue - Barry's twin brother from the comics who
    was raised under a different identity due to a doctor's mix-up. Felton is expected to make his
    Flash debut early during Season 3, and it's safe to assume he'll have a major role since he's been
    casted as a series regular. With the flashpoint storyline confirmed, and with this recent casting
    fans all over the world are eager for the premiere of Season 3.

    “The Flash” returns with Season 3 on October 4 at 8 p.m ET on The CW.
