Introduction
Our world has advanced in the field of science and technology rapidly and through this
evaluation process, we are at a phase where we have innumerous amount of information and
data which has a lot of potential to bring us many benefits, if we can properly utilize them
according to the different necessities. Studies conducted decades ago suggests that per year
$77 billion could be saved efficiently by the use of connected Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
and by the added value of safety and health, these saving amount could be doubled as much.
(Zhang and L. Liu, 2010). In most of the cases the health providing services are maintaining their
local HER, which makes the retrieval of these necessary data very troublesome to some extent
when it is actually needed. Accessing the information of any health record of any patient
around the world at anytime from anywhere is very much important for this technology to run.
(R. Hillestad et. al,2008),(A.R. Khan et. al, 2010). Many models for the analytics work of these
health records has been proposed and many has been in use for a long time and these are still
on a development process. Different programs and hardware are used worldwide for different
purposes like collecting and storing of these data for analyzing these data for remote access
and security of these data worldwide. All of the different models active and theoretically
workable, should come to a common ground so that these data becomes universal and can be
utilized by any people in case of emergency and for prediction of epidemics and pandemics.
