it in many useful ways. She also received awards as two Noble prizes, he also risked his life
working by manipulating this chemical element. Thanks to their discovery, people could go further
with their research. For example, they were able to use Radium to help administer X-rays to the
wounded during the war. Even today people value and use many of Curie's discoveries. These
events influence my life because it inspires me to achieve something important and discover
something that will be very useful for humanity. She inspires me to have good grades, and to
never give up. Marie Curie influences me to achieve goals in life and to move forward no matter
what life throws at me. The courage and determination of Marie Curie has really had an impact on
my life. She is the scientist whom I admire for all her inspiring qualities. She inspires me to have a
good education and discover many important things. Marie Curie helped us to investigate and
