incumbent Corporate Secretary of Happyfriends Mission, Inc.
(“Corporation”), a religious corporation duly formed and existing under
the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office address at
By-pass Road, Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

This further certifies that on 02 March 2016, at a special meeting of

the Board of Trustees of the Corporation in its principal address, whereby
a quorum was present, the following resolution was adopted and is
hereby promulgated:

BOARD RESOLUTION 03-001 s. 2016

RESOLVED, as it is hereby
resolved, that the Corporation be
empowered to cause the annotation of
the Transfer Certificate of Title of the
property the Corporation purchased
from Sps. Leonardo I. Dela Cruz, Sr. and
Corazon Dela Cruz, covered under TCT
number T-486829, in favour of the
Corporation.

RESOLVED FURTHER, as it is
hereby resolved, that JAECHUN SEO,
Korean, of legal age, married, and with
residence at By-pass Road, Guyong, Sta.
Maria, Bulacan, whose signature
specimen appears hereunder, be named,
constituted, and appointed as the
Attorney-in-fact of the Corporation to
further the cause herein described, to do
and to cause to be done any and all
necessary and inevitable acts to
accomplish said undertaking, hereby
ratifying and confirming all that said
Attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be
done for the furtherance of the
foregoing.
 Finally, this similarly certifies that the foregoing resolution has not
been altered, modified, or revoked and that the same is still in full force
and effect.
