Patient : Good afternoon, midwife!


Midwife : Good afternoon, ma’am. Whan can I do for you?
Patient : I want to have my pregnancy examined.
Midwife : Is it your first pregnancy?
Patient : Yes, it’s the first pregnancy. I had two months of pregnancy.
Midwife : Okay. Now, whats your name?
Patient : I am Ratih.
Midwife : Do you have any problem with your present pregnancy?
Patient : Yes. I have stomachache, nausea, and a headache. I can’t eat anything.
Midwife : How many days do you feel it?
Patient : I think it is two days ma’am.
Midwife : This is not good for your digestion. You’re pale and sick.
Patient : Really? What is my pregnancy will be okay?
Midwife : Don’t worry! Now i will do physical assesment starting from your general
health check from head to toe.
Patient : Allright, please.
Midwife : Well, it’s done. You may sit here. I will tell you about the result. Now your
baby is fine, but you’re limp because you don’t eat anything. I’m going to give
you some medicine. This is medication to prevent nausea.
Patient : Oh thank you. Can you tell me about what I have to do to be healthy during
my pregnancy?
Midwife : You should eat regularly and eat nutritious food, such as green vegetables and
fruit. You must take a rest. I’m sure you’ll be okay.
Patient : No more what should i do?
Midwife : You can follow pregnancy exercise. Pregnancy exercise is very good to do. It
can train your breathhing and flexing your muscles.
Patient : That’s good idea. Where i could follow the pregnancy exercise?
Midwife : You can follow in class for pregnant women. Pregnant women class every
Friday in here.
Patient : Well, i will follow it.
Midwife : I’m glad to know that. Pregnant women class is on the second floor at nine
o’clock.
Patient : Okay, i’ll be there later.
Midwife : This is your medicine. You should take one tablet one a day.
Patient : I hope i’ll be okay.
Midwife : I’m sure you’ll get well soon.
Patient : Thank you very much.
Midwife : You’re welcome.
