Last month our computers and software systems were updated to the newest version.
Due to this update, our information management system was affected which is now
resulting in late payments to our vendors.

send out payments within the next 5 business days and to rectify the issues before next
month. I reassure you that our company is in strong financial shape and payments will
resume on time following next month’s payment.
