JOINT COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

That we, Conrado Montemayor and Bogart Dimalanta, of legal age, single, Filipino, and residents of
Block 49, Lot 2, Brgy. Bel-Air, Makati City and Block 8, Lot 5, Brgy. Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City,
respectively, after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That we went to the Pool Palace Club in Taguig City at around 9 o’clock in the evening on 02
March 2020.
2. That while we were enjoying our time inside said club, two (2) ladies approached us and asked
for our names.
3. That after asking for our names, the two ladies introduced themselves as Arlene Batlangao and
Clarisse Cabalona.
4. That after we became acquainted with each other, we ordered Bacardi drinks for Arlene and
Clarisse.
5. That while the four of us were drinking, Arlene and Clarisse asked if we can continue our
conversation in a quiet place, to which we agreed.
6. That after we finished drinking, we decided to go home.
7. That while we were on the parking lot of the said club, we discovered that our phones were not
in our pockets anymore.
8. That upon such knowledge, we immediately went back to the club and asked the bartender and
two (2) other waitresses if they had seen our phones.
9. That the bartender and the two (2) waitresses told us that they saw the Arlene and Clarisse take
our phones from our pockets while the four of us were having a conversation.
10. That upon such knowledge, we went directly to Taguig Police Station to report the incident.
