REVOCATION AND RECESSION OF

MEMORANDA OF AGREEMENT (MOA)
AND SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (SPA)

Dear Mr. XXXXX.:

Please be notified that effective immediately and upon receipt hereof

the Memoranda of Agreement and Special Powers of Attorney that
XXXXX. have entered into with the undersigned involving my
properties registered under TCT No. ______ and TCT No. ______ are
revoked and receded, without reservation, if any undertakings you
have relevant to the properties mentioned therein.

Neither the MOA nor the SPA reflects the true intent of the parties, as
agreed during the negotiations. I was made to believe that you will
buy my properties, and not act as my agent or representative to any
interested party. More so, both documents are undated including the
acknowledgment before the Notary Public.

Under the circumstances, I am constraint to exercise my rights being

the lawful owner and possessor of the properties and will take the
necessary measures to protect my rights under our laws.
