MODIFICATION TO SUBCONTRACTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT Version 2 ‘The following additions have been made to the Agreement that exists between Subcontractor and Supplier: 11. Subcontractor will register its business with the State of Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, and will provide Supplier with documentation of registration upon completion. 12.
