Surround yourself with positive people.

Discard negative thoughts.

Get physically (or if you can’t, emotionally) distant from narcissistic people.

Take care of your body.

Don’t compare yourself to others.

Work on building your confidence every day.

Knowing how to respect yourself is nothing more than knowing how to keep the promises that you
make to yourself.

It’s that simple. Don’t let anyone (including the cynical audience in your head) tell you otherwise.

The root of self-respect is follow-though and the root of follow-through is discipline.

development practice that has been developed to help individuals rebuild themselves after they have
been broken up with

The purpose of no contact is to heal and move forward
