Budget meeting

General Manager: Good morning, we are meeting to plan the budget


report for the month of January, since as you know it is the most
important month of the company due to issues of the school season

Regional chief: I am very anxious to know what new challenges await us


this month

Zone manager: Me too, this meeting is very necessary for me to deploy it


to my work team.

GM: in this meeting we will work on key points, such as pricing,


commercial strategy and media dissemination.

RC: Regarding budgets, I note that we have grown 12% over last year
throughout the year, which indicates that this month is very favorable for
the company to meet.

ZM: I agree, and I think that we should raise the price by 9% for our
products, since we are well positioned in the market.
GM: Yes gentlemen, I tell you that we will open 2 more points in Bogotá
and one in Medellín and regarding the price adjustment it will be
established with 7%

RC: What good news and how our company grows and positions itself
more and more, both in the national and international markets.

ZM: Boss I also knew the financial report and I think it is very positive for
the company

GM: That's right gentlemen, this year has been very favorable for the
company in terms of growth and financial thanks to the work of each one
of you.

RC: I am very surprised by the positive growth in veins, which is not


expected in this way.

ZM: The financial indicator of the last semester showed us a substantial


improvement, but what a good thing it is about complying

GM: Just as the cash flow statement had been budgeted, which is going
very positively.
RC: YES boss, our points of sale have had a good performance this last
semester which has helped us the closing of the commercial year.

ZM: The new commercial strategy has helped us to increase the


conversion rate of our points of sale by 16%, since we are attracting more
customers to visit us.

GM: This is ZM, the idea is to continue captivating new generations of


audiences to focus on their specific needs

RC: Our market niche is no longer just suitcases for school, but also its
accessories and accessories for GG clothing.
ZM: In addition, our work teams in stores are bringing memorable
experiences to the customers at the points of sale with warm customer
service so that they continue to visit us more.

GM: Well, and to end this meeting, I hope that you become aware that
this is our month and we have to stand out in this, since we have a fairly
wide portfolio and with a lot of variety for our final consumer.

RC: Of course, boss, count on all of us to get this estimate, I advanced,


since we have all the tools to achieve the final objective.
ZM: On the part of the store team, how much of our commitment is we to
exceed 100% in pesos and grow 15% as we have been doing throughout
the year.
